There are NO exchanges, returns, or refunds for custom suncatcher orders,
except during the revision process.

What does the Custom Order process look like?

You purchase a Custom Order Suncatcher and fill out a Custom Order Form. Once both have been received, I will use the information you provide in the Custom Order Form to create your Custom Starfruit Suncatcher. When I begin your order and the beads are selected, you will receive an email from starfruitartist@gmail.com with a photo of the Bead Selection (prior to stringing). You will need to approve or request a revision of the Bead Selection with an email reply. (pretty much, just lmk whats up whenever u can, but know u only get 3 revisions. I will issue a refund if you're still unhappy after you receive the third revised photo-noquestionsasked.) Once the Bead Selection is approved, the beads will be strung together to create the hand crafted chain. Once strung, you will receive another photo of the Stringing/Pattern to your email. You will need to respond to approve or request a revision of the Stringing/Pattern. (Same thing. U ONLY GET 3 REVISIONS or your money back, IGUARANTEEYOUTHAT lolz.) Once the final Stringing/Pattern has been approved, your suncatcher will be finished then packaged and shipped out within the next 1-3 following business days. :)

Turnaround time?

Approximate turnaround time is 1 week.

Realistically my dudes, it takes about 1-3 hours to create a suncatcher, but because this is a collaborative process with you, a lot of the preparation time relies on the speediness of your reply once I begin your order.

If your order takes longer than 5 days, a full refund will be offered, but I am committed to making sure you get the suncatcher of your dreams and I will hold my self to the 5 day standard. :)
